MEMORIAL HORTA VERTICAL COM MATERIAIS REUTILIZÁVEIS
Os alunos do Programa Aprendizagem do Senac Osasco com a mediação dos docentes João Alves dos Santos e Raphael Gonçalves e diversas parcerias de outras áreas do Senac Osasco, Equipe do Comitê do Programa Ecoeficiência e docentes de outras áreas e Pós-Graduação também de OSA desenvolveram um projeto de construção de uma Horta Vertical Sustentável que serviria como memorial para as árvores que precisaram ser retiradas da área do estacionamento, em função das mesmas estarem doentes com riscos para a segurança local.
Em função desta problemática os jovens foram desafiados a desenvolverem as etapas do projeto aprendizagem, aprenderem noções de jardinagem e associarem às competências desenvolvidas ao longo do curso e aplicarem no Projeto.
Os jovens das turmas envolvidas foram divididos em equipes e nos encontros trabalharam a parte de pesquisa sobre Jardinagem, condições do solo, resíduos, planejamento, recursos necessários, parcerias, escolha dos tipos de plantas, hortaliças, temperos, mudas que serviriam também como insumos para os alunos dos cursos de gastronomia do Senac. Além dos conhecimentos mais técnicos, também foram articuladas habilidades comportamentais como: Empatia, Inclusão, atitude colaborativa, atitude sustentável, gestão de conflitos, cultura de paz, entre outras que puderam evidenciar as marcas formativas do Senac e do programa aprendizagem. As turmas da aprendizagem também fizeram parceria com os alunos do PET Trampolim - Programa de Educação para o Trabalho Trampolim é um curso destinado à inserção de jovens e adultos com deficiência intelectual em Educação Profissionalizante como preparação ao mundo do trabalho.
Juntos desenvolveram diversas atividades em conjunto, ações de plantio, coleta de materiais reutilizáveis, visita técnica ao Parque Municipal Guarapiranga entre outras ações para alimentar o Projeto. Este trabalho coletivo favoreceu a reflexão sobre Inclusão de Pessoas com deficiência, trabalho em equipe, criatividade, uma vivência muito significativa para ambas as turmas e enfatizou novamente as marcas formativas do Senac.

Abstract:
The students of the Senac Osasco Learning Program, with the mediation of teachers João Alves dos Santos and Raphael Gonçalves and several partnerships from other departments, team from the committee of the ecoefficiency program and teachers from other areas developed a project to build a sustainable Vertical Garden that would serve as a memorial for the trees that had to be removed from the parking area, due to the fact that they were ill with risks to local security.
This problem, young people were challenged to develop the stages of the learning project and to associate the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences developed throughout the curricular units of the program and apply it in a practical way in the elaboration of the project.
The young people formed different teams, different classes involved, we had meetings to work on all the project planning, stages, resources, partnerships, choosing the types of plants, vegetables, spices that would be planted and that would also serve as inputs for students of the courses of Senac and Gastronomy.
This vertical garden presented at the Senac Environment Week by the students would also serve as a reflection and sensitivity to themes related to eco-efficiency, sustainability, environment, creative economy, planning, entrepreneurship, administration, logistics, costs and the importance of proper waste disposal and ways of reusing them. These topics are studied by apprentices in the curricular units of the learning program. in addition to these more technical skills worked on in the design of the project, behavioral skills were also developed, such as: empathy, inclusion, collaborative attitude, sustainable attitude, conflict management, culture of peace, among others that could highlight the training marks of senac and the learning program. The learning groups also partnered with students at PET Trampolim - education for work program trampoline is a course designed to insert young people and adults with intellectual disabilities into vocational education in preparation for the world of work. Together they developed several activities together, planting actions, collecting reusable materials, technical visit to Guarapiranga Municipal Park, among other actions to feed the project.
This collective work favored the reflection on inclusion of people with disabilities, teamwork, creativity, a very significant experience for both classes and emphasized again the training marks of Senac.
