MEDIDAS NÃO ESTRUTURAIS PARA PREVENÇÃO E COMBATE A INUNDAÇÃO NO MUNICÍPIO DE JOINVILLE-SC
A prevenção e combate à
inundação é um tema cada vez mais frequente
no planejamento municipal e trabalhos
relacionados à macrodrenagem são medidas
estruturais significantes neste aspecto. Este
artigo visa mostrar medidas já realizadas
nesta área, como o canal de desvio na bacia
do Rio Cubatão Norte (BHRCN) e a melhoria
da macrodrenagem do Rio Morro Alto. Algumas
obras ainda em andamento serão discutidas,
como o aumento da macrodrenagem do Rio
Mathias e suas problemáticas. Ainda existem
muitos projetos necessários em outras bacias
que serão realizados nos próximos anos devido
à liberação de recursos para financiamento pelo
Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento
(BID).

Abstract:
Preventing and combating
flooding is an increasingly frequent theme in
planning municipalities and macrodrainage
works are significant structural measures for
this aspect. This paper aims to show the already
completed works, such as the diversion channel
in the Rio Cubatão Norte Basin (BHRCN) and
the improvement of macrodrainage of the Morro
Alto River. Some construction in progress will
be discussed, as the implementation of the
increase of macro-drainage of the Mathias River
and its problems. There are still many projects
that need to be executed in other basins that will
be carried out in the coming years due to the
release of IDB (Inter-American Development
Bank) funding for these works
