Abstract: This article aims to describe the contribution of digital media, especially social networks, to denounce and criticize the injustices and atrocities promoted by public servants, a fact that is a "thorn in the side" of them. Where, in addition to the literature review, we made a descriptive analysis of some episodes in which social networks stood out in mobilizing young people to demonstrate against injustices and abuses committed by public servants. In particular, we work with some online newspapers, Facebook and WhatsApp pages, platforms most used by Mozambican citizens. We found that social networks are more privileged by Mozambican citizens to denounce the atrocities and injustices committed by public servants, not only because of their speed and effectiveness in the dissemination of information, but above all because Internet users are not exposed to any abuse.
