MEDIAÇÃO NO ENSINO E SENSIBILIZAÇÃO EM TEMPOS DE CRISE: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA NO PROGRAMA INSTITUCIONAL DE BOLSAS DE INICIAÇÃO A DOCÊNCIA – PIBID
O trabalho aborda duas experiências vivenciadas no Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação á docência – PIBID. A pesquisa analisou durante duas aulas com conteúdos diferentes e turmas distintas, o quanto o ato de mediar e de sensibilizar os alunos acerca dos conteúdos abordados em biologia contribuem para uma aprendizagem significativa. Foi realizada uma leitura bibliográfica sobre autores da educação, em especial o Paulo Freire e a Jussara Hoffmann, assim como observações na forma da condução do ensino aplicado pelos (as) bolsistas-PIBID. Observou- se que ao estudar juntamente com os alunos, identificando que tanto o professor quanto o educando são aprendizes e que o aluno é o centro da aprendizagem, foi possível perceber através deles a interação e a curiosidade sobre os assuntos discutidos, o enxergando como um agente social e não como uma estatística. Durante a discussão entre alunos e bolsistas, era notória a compreensão dos discentes sobre o que estava sendo explicado, visto que os alunos foram instigados a pensar criticamente sobre cada um dos assuntos. Conclui-se que os educandos podem ser avaliados a partir de outras perspectivas e que a aprendizagem é significativa quando toca no contexto do aluno, fazendo com que eles se sintam parte da realidade explicada. O professor como sujeito mediador e agente de inclusão no processo de aprendizagem é um ser transformador, já que cativa o interesse dos alunos no momento que também se insere como aprendiz, sempre seguindo sua posição de mediador do conhecimento e capaz de formar inquietação e curiosidade nos seus educandos

Abstract:
The work addresses two experiences lived in the Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à docência - PIBID. The research analyzed during two classes with different subjects and distinct classes, how the act of mediating and sensitizing the students about the contents approached in biology contribute to a significant learning. A bibliographic reading was realized on authors of education, especially Paulo Freire and Jussara Hoffmann, as well as observations on the way of conducting the teaching applied by the scholarship holders - PIBID was carried out. It was observed that by studying together with the students, identifying that both the teacher and the student are learners and that the student is the center of learning, it was possible to perceive through them the interaction and curiosity about the subjects discussed, seeing him as a social agent and not as a statistic. During the discussion between students and scholarship holders, it was notorious the understanding of the students about what was being explained, since the students were instigated to think critically about each one of the subjects. It was concluded that students can be evaluated from other perspectives and that learning is significant when it touches the context of the student, making them feel part of the reality explained. The teacher as a mediating subject and agent of inclusion in the learning process is a transforming being, since it captivates the interest of the students in the moment that it is also inserted as a learner, always following its position as mediator of knowledge and capable of forming restlessness and curiosity in its students.
