MECANISMOS DE TRANSMISSÃO DO CORONAVÍRUS E ESTRATÉGIAS DE PREVENÇÃO DA COVID-19 EM PESSOAS COM CÂNCER
Trata-se de pesquisa de cunho reflexivo, a qual teve como objetivo: realizar reflexão sobre os mecanismos de transmissão do coronavírus e as estratégias de prevenção da Covid-19 em pessoas com câncer. A base para as reflexões ocorreu a partir da análise de publicações nacionais e internacionais relacionadas com a prevenção na transmissão do coronavírus em pessoas com câncer. Também foram incluídas pesquisas na área da enfermagem que possibilitaram o aprofundamento das reflexões sobre a prevenção da Covid-19 em pessoas com câncer. Os resultados foram apresentados em três temas: implicações da Covid-19 em pessoas com câncer; Mecanismos de transmissão do coronavírus; Estratégias de prevenção da Covid-19. Concluiu-se que, em função do tempo de sobrevivência do vírus nas superfícies, no ambiente e do risco de complicações para as pessoas com câncer, atualmente é fundamental refletir sobre a importância da realização de uma assistência segura nos serviços de saúde. Há a necessidade de que os serviços de saúde sigam medidas rígidas de prevenção de infecção, deixando os ambientes mais assépticos e seguros para o atendimento de pacientes oncológicos, os quais precisam estar presentes nesses lugares com maior frequência em função do diagnóstico e do tratamento para o câncer.

Abstract:
This is a reflective research, with the objective of: reflect on the mechanisms of transmission of the coronavirus and the prevention strategies of Covid-19 aiming at the protection of people with cancer. The basis for the reflections came from the analysis of national and international publications related to the prevention of coronavirus transmission. Research in the field of nursing was also included, which made it possible to deepen the reflections on the prevention of Covid-19 in people with cancer. The results were presented in three themes: implications of Covid-19 in people with cancer; Mechanisms of transmission of the coronavirus; Covid-19 prevention strategies. It was concluded that, depending on the survival time of the virus on surfaces, in the environment and the risk of complications for people with cancer, it is currently essential to reflect on the importance of providing safe care in health services. There is a need for health services to follow strict infection prevention measures, leaving more aseptic and safe environments for the care of cancer patients, who need to be present in these places more frequently due to the diagnosis and treatment for the disease cancer.
