MATEMÁTICA FUNDAMENTAL: DIFICULDADES NO APRENDIZADO DAS QUATRO OPERAÇÕES COM NÚMERO NATURAL DOS ALUNOS DO 6o ANO NA ESCOLA ESTADUAL PADRE LUÍS RUAS
A presente pesquisa aborda sobre as dificuldades no aprendizado
das quatro operações matemáticas dos alunos do 6o ano do Ensino
Fundamental da Escola Estadual Padre Luís Ruas da Cidade de Manaus –
Amazonas – Brasil. O objetivo geral foi compreender os fatores que dificultam o
aprendizado dos alunos do sexto ano da Escola Estadual Padre Luís Ruas.
Propôs identificar a situação de aprendizagem que os alunos chegam no
Ensino Fundamental II em relação ao conhecimento das operações básicas de
matemática, bem como entender os fatores externos ao processo de
ensino-aprendizagem que corroboram para o baixo rendimento dos alunos nos
conteúdos de matemática e avaliar se a aplicação de jogos nas atividades
educativas pode melhorar o aprendizado das operações básicas de
matemática. A perspectiva da investigação realizada foi de natureza mista
(qualitativa e quantitativa) através da aplicação de teste diagnóstico, jogo e
formulários aos alunos, bem como na realização de entrevistas com aplicação
de formulário aos responsáveis pelos alunos e professor. Os resultados da
pesquisa demonstraram que apesar de não serem os únicos, os fatores
emocionais são os que mais influenciam nas dificuldades de aprendizagem,
além de provavelmente o método de ensino do professor. A utilização do jogo
demonstrou ser uma importante e eficaz prática pedagógica para ensinar as
quatro operações da matemática de forma a despertar o interesse e a
motivação dos alunos, além de possibilitar uma melhor aprendizagem.

Abstract:
The present research deals with the difficulties in learning the four
mathematical operations of the students of the 6th year of Elementary School of
the State School Padre Luís Ruas of the City of Manaus - Amazonas - Brazil.
The general objective was to understand the factors that hinder the learning of
sixth year students at the Padre Luís Ruas State School. It proposed to identify
the learning situation that students reach in Elementary School II in relation to
the knowledge of basic mathematics operations, as well as to understand the
factors external to the teaching-learning process that corroborate the low
performance of students in mathematics contents and to evaluate whether the
application of games in educational activities can improve the learning of basic
mathematical operations. The perspective of the investigation carried out was of
a mixed nature (qualitative and quantitative) through the application of a
diagnostic test, game and forms to the students, as well as the performance of
interviews with the application of a form to those responsible for the students
and the teacher. The research results showed that, despite not being the only
ones, emotional factors are the ones that most influence learning difficulties, in
addition to probably the teacher's teaching method. The use of the game
proved to be an important and effective pedagogical practice to teach the four
mathematical operations in order to arouse the students' interest and
motivation, in addition to enabling better learning.
