A Mata Atlântica sofreu intenso

desmatamento ao longo da história e continua

sendo negativamente afetada pela interferência

humana. Diante desse problema, percebe-se na

Educação Ambiental uma forma de sensibilizar

para um comportamento humano responsável

com tal bioma. A Educação Ambiental não é uma

disciplina do currículo escolar, mas deve estar

presente nele de forma interdisciplinar. Dessa

forma, objetivou-se, o desenvolvimento de

uma metodologia interdisciplinar para informar,

sensibilizar, provocar o senso crítico e o desejo

de preservação nos alunos envolvidos e demais

membros de uma escola de séries iniciais da

educação básica. O projeto desenvolvido teve

uma boa aceitação pela equipe escolar e alunos

e parece ter contribuído para a formação de uma

consciência ambiental crítica nos envolvidos

Abstract:
The Atlantic Forest has suffered

intense deforestation throughout history and

continues to be negatively affected by human

interference. Faced with this problem, one can

perceive in Environmental Education a way of

sensitizing to a responsible human behavior with

such biome. Environmental Education is not a

discipline of the school curriculum, but must be

present in it in an interdisciplinary way. Thus,

the objective was to develop an interdisciplinary

methodology to inform, sensitize, provoke the

critical sense and the desire of preservation

in the students involved and other members

of a school of initial series of basic education.

The project developed was well accepted by

the school staff and students and seems to

have contributed to the formation of a critical

environmental conscience in those involved
