MARCOS SOCIAIS DA MEMÓRIA E A REVELAÇÃO DO ABUSO SEXUAL INFANTIL INTRAFAMILIAR: POSSÍVEIS APROXIMAÇÕES
Neste ensaio buscamos refletir sobre as aproximações entre a noção dos marcos sociais da memória e a revelação da criança nos casos de abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar. Halbwachs delineou dimensões sociais e coletivas da memória individual, trazendo uma abordagem inovadora que favoreceu uma mudança de paradigma na concepção até então dominante da disciplina. Para Halbwachs a memória não será fruto dos indivíduos isoladamente, mas, dos marcos presentes em uma sociedade e dos lugares ocupados pelos sujeitos nos grupos sociais. Nos abusos sexuais intrafamiliares, a criança, que não possui a compreensão dos atos que está envolvida, é utilizada pelo agressor para obter a sua satisfação sexual. Assim, percebemos que os marcos sociais existentes na família são importantes para a revelação do abuso sexual intrafamiliar. O reconhecimento dos membros não agressores pode favorecer a revelação do abuso. Ao passo que, a negação da violência pelo núcleo familiar poderá contribuir para uma ausência de ancoragem da memória individual da criança, o que acabaria por favorecer a sua negação ou retratação. Outro fator que ainda poderá dificultar a revelação é a prevalência do marco social da família para a criança.

Abstract:
In this essay, we seek to reflect on the approximations between the notion of social milestones of memory and the child's disclosure in cases of intrafamily child sexual abuse. Halbwachs outlined social and collective dimensions of individual memory, bringing an innovative approach that favored a paradigm shift in the previously dominant conception of the discipline. For Halbwachs, memory will not be the result of individuals alone, but of the marks present in a society and the places occupied by subjects in social groups. In intrafamily sexual abuse, the child, who does not understand the acts involved, is used by the aggressor to obtain sexual satisfaction. Thus, we realize that the social frameworks existing in the family are important for the disclosure of intrafamily sexual abuse. Recognition of non-aggressor members can favor the disclosure of abuse. On the other hand, the denial of violence by the family nucleus may contribute to an absence of anchoring in the child's individual memory, which would end up favoring its denial or retraction. Another factor that may still make disclosure difficult is the prevalence of the social framework of the family for the child.
