MARCAS CRONOTÓPICAS NA CONSTITUIÇÃO BRASILEIRA DE 1988: CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE SUAS MATRIZES ESPAÇOTEMPORAIS
O presente artigo trata de marcas cronotópicas, tanto no plano textual quanto no discursivo, presentes na Constituição brasileira de 1988. Para tanto, imerge-se teoricamente na noção de cronotopia concebida pelo pensador russo Mikhail Bakhtin, delineando-se os fundamentos que, para além da literatura, permitem a utilização do cronótopo como elemento de análise espaçotemporal de outras materialidades culturais. Na sequência, procura-se conhecer o ambiente sociopolítico que precedeu e permeou os trabalhos da Assembleia Nacional Constituinte de 1987-1988, de forma a induzir a percepção do porquê das opções normativas introduzidas no corpo da Constituição por ela elaborada. Adiante, são identificadas, nos dispositivos constitucionais, certas materialidades que retratam a vinculação do pensamento e dos matizes ideológicos da época com o produto textual e discursivo entregue à nação em 1988, delineando o cronótopo mais amplo da cidadania e seu fracionamento nos cronótopos mais específicos da plenitude das liberdades civis e da mitigação da força estatal.

Abstract:
This article deals with chronotopic marks, both in textual and discursive terms, present in the Brazilian Constitution of 1988. To that end, it theoretically immerses itself in the notion of chronotopy conceived by the Russian thinker Mikhail Bakhtin, outlining the fundamentals that, in addition to of literature, allow the use of chronotope as an element of spatio-temporal analysis of other cultural materialities. In the sequence, we seek to know the socio-political environment that preceded and permeated the work of the National Constituent Assembly from 1987-1988, in order to induce the perception of why the normative options introduced in the body of the Constitution elaborated by it. Ahead, certain materialities are identified in the constitutional provisions that portray the link of the ideological thought and nuances of the time with the textual and discursive product delivered to the nation in 1988, outlining the broader chronotope of citizenship and its division into the more specific chronotopes of the country. full civil liberties and mitigating state strength.
