MANEJO DO ATENDIMENTO CLÍNICO DIANTE DE ACIDENTES E COMPLICAÇÕES EM CIRURGIA DE TERCEIROS MOLARES: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA
A exodontia de terceiros molares é um procedimento comumente realizado, onde embora sejam mais suscetíveis à impactações, é comum que este elemento dentário seja mais suscetível a acidentes e complicações durante o ato operatório, tornando o manejo do operador crucial para evitar intercorrências, reconhecendo riscos e sabendo identificar possíveis complicações em decorrência do ato cirúrgico. Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura para analisar quais são os principais acidentes e complicações em cirurgias de terceiros molares e como realizar o manejo do atendimento clínico. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura realizada nos meses de janeiro e fevereiro de 2022. Os artigos científicos foram selecionados das bases de dados SciELO, BBO e LILACS. O cirurgião dentista deve estar preparado para as possíveis intercorrências que venham a ocorrer mediante a cirurgia dos terceiros molares tanto no ato cirúrgico como no pós operatório, a fim de ter bons resultados minimizando os riscos, para que o paciente tenha uma boa recuperação.

Abstract:
The extraction of third molars is a commonly performed procedure, where although they are more susceptible to impactions, it is common for this dental element to be more susceptible to accidents and complications during the operative act, making the operator's management crucial to avoid intercurrences, recognizing risks and knowing how to identify possible complications resulting from the surgical procedure. This study aims to carry out a systematic review of the literature to analyze the main accidents and complications in third molar surgeries and how to manage clinical care. This is a systematic literature review carried out in January and February 2022. Scientific articles were selected from the SciELO, BBO and LILACS databases. The dental surgeon must be prepared for the possible complications that may occur through the surgery of the third molars both in the surgical act and in the postoperative period, in order to have good results minimizing the risks, so that the patient has a good recovery.
