Conclusion: The management of septic shock represents a clinical challenge that requires a comprehensive approach, in which modern biomedical interventions are complemented by humanized, patient-centered care. The incorporation of Florence Nightingale's Theory of the Environment in nursing care highlights the relevance of the environment, constant vigilance and comprehensive well-being as key elements to optimize clinical results and improve the quality of life of patients.
