MANEJO DA ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE PORTADOR DE INSUFICIÊNCIA CARDÍACA CONGESTIVA EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA (UTI).
O tema abordado vai tratar de um dos maiores problemas a nível cardiológico, tanto no Brasil quanto no mundo, dada a sua complexidade, muitos dos quadros evoluem para Unidade e Terapia Intensiva, demandando da equipe de enfermagem um cuidado maior, cuidados esses nas intervenções prestadas juntamente com as prescrições realizadas pelo profissional enfermeiro, dessa forma o artigo busca a reunião das intervenções bem como prescrições da enfermagem no qual são mais utilizados. Materiais e Métodos: para construção do artigo, foram utilizados sites de referência cardiológica a nível nacional bem como revista eletrônicas, embasado pelo (NIC - Nursing Interventions Classification) e NANDA International Nursing Diagnoses: Definitions and Classification, 2018-2020, utilizando como metodologia a revisão literária de artigos de forma sistemática, respeitando um período de publicação de 5 anos ou menos, e em casos de literaturas publicadas de fora desse período, foi levada em consideração a atualização ou edições de ordem mais recentes Resultados: a observação tabulada, mostra uma maior intervenção do profissional enfermeiro, mostrando uma demanda maior nas questões que envolvem assistência direta.

Abstract:
The subject is easily one of the biggest problems at the cardiological level, both in Brazil and in the world, given its complexity, many of the conditions evolve to the Intensive Care Unit, requiring greater care from the nursing team, care that is provided in the interventions provided together with the prescriptions carried out by the professional nurse, in this way the article seeks to bring together the interventions as well as the nursing prescriptions in which they are most used. Materials and Methods: for the construction of the article, national cardiology reference sites were used, as well as an electronic journal, based on the (NIC - Nursing Interventions Classification) and NANDA International Nursing Diagnoses: Definitions and Classification, 2018-2020. using as a methodology the literary review of articles in a systematic way, respecting a publication period of 5 years or less, and in cases of literature published outside this period, the most recent update or editions were taken into account Results: the observation tabulated, shows greater intervention by professional nurses, showing a greater demand for issues involving direct assistance.
