MÃES ESQUECIDAS: A ENTREGA DE FILHOS EM ADOÇÃO
O ato da entrega de um filho para adoção necessita de cautela quanto ao julgamento do valor moral que fazemos dessa mulher, uma vez que esta decisão pode implicar o desinteresse real ou o esforço de garantir à criança condições de sobrevivência. O presente trabalho foi construído pautado na importância em buscar uma compreensão da caracterização da mãe biológica, relativamente aos sentimentos e motivação que perpassa as mulheres no momento de decisão da entrega dos filhos em adoção. Para alcançar os objetivos deste trabalho, realizamos uma revisão da literatura de caráter qualitativo e exploratório em artigos científicos publicados entre os anos de 1981 a 2019, que tratam de temas envolvendo o amor materno, maternagem, adoção, doação e sentimentos que envolvem as biologias na entrega de um filho em adoção. Após a análise dos dados, foi concluído que a mãe doadora apresenta uma mistura de alívio por se livrarem da responsabilidade, mas também tristeza, angústia, arrependimento e culpa, uma vez que as motivações para doação vão desde as condições socioeconômicos como a ausência do apoio e proteção familiar. A literatura, ainda, apontou a presença de fatores como abandono e negligência presentes no histórico de vida dessas mães. Diante disso, vale salientar que não cabe um julgamento moral do ato, mas a necessidade de que os profissionais que lidam com mães doadoras possam ouvi-las e compreendê-las, não as descartando ou tratando-as como criminosas, ampliando a valoração estigmatizada já conferida pela sociedade.

Abstract:
The act of surrendering a child to adoption requires caution as to the judgment of the moral value we make of this woman, since this decision may imply real disinterest or the effort to ensure the child survival conditions. The present work was built based on the importance of seeking an understanding of the characterization of the biological mother, regarding the feelings and motivation that pervades women at the time of decision of the delivery of children in adoption. In order to achieve the objectives of this work, we conducted a qualitative and exploratory review of the literature in scientific articles published from 1981 to 2019, published between 1981 and 2019, which deal with themes involving maternal love, mothering, adoption, giving and feelings that involve biologies in the delivery of a child in adoption. After the analysis of the data, it was concluded that the donor mother presents a mixture of relief for getting rid of responsibility, but also sadness, anguish, regret and guilt, since the motivations for donation range from socioeconomic conditions such as the absence of family support and protection. The literature also pointed out the presence of factors such as abandonment and negligence present in the life history of these mothers. Therefore, it is worth noting that there is no moral judgment of the act, but the need for professionals who deal with donor mothers to hear and understand them, not discarding or treating themas criminal, amplifying the stigmatized valuation already conferred by society.
