MÃES ADOLESCENTES E SEUS FILHOS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA SOBRE ALEITAMENTO MATERNO
OBJETIVOS: Revisar as produções cientificas sobre aleitamento materno por mães adolescentes e analisá-los de acordo com os níveis de evidência cientifica. METODOLOGIA: Revisão integrativa de literatura com busca nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, ADOLEC e BDENF, de artigos publicados de 2000 a 2019, realizando análise dos dados coletados pelos níveis de evidência cientifica. RESULTADOS: Foram encontrados 84 estudos, a maioria pertencentes ao nível de evidência 2C, indicando evidência científica moderada. Destacaram-se também os níveis de evidência 2B e 5, são analisados como evidências científicas insuficientes, não havendo critérios satisfatórios para fazer uma recomendação em saúde. CONCLUSÃO: Nota-se a escassez de pesquisas que englobam a saúde mental da mãe adolescente, a temática amamentação é muito explorada sendo relacionada em assuntos que abrangem o pré-natal, obstetrícia, rede de apoio ou a orientação profissional, com grande difusão de conhecimentos científicos voltados para o assunto.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVES: To review scientific productions on breastfeeding by adolescent mothers and analyze them according to the levels of scientific evidence. METHODOLOGY: Integrative literature review with search in the LILACS, MEDLINE, ADOLEC and BDENF databases for articles published from 2000 to 2019, performing analysis of the data collected by the levels of scientific evidence. RESULTS: 84 studies were found, most belonging to the level of evidence 2C, indicating moderate scientific evidence. Evidence levels 2B and 5 were also highlighted, analyzed as insufficient scientific evidence, with no satisfactory criteria for making a health recommendation. CONCLUSION: There is a scarcity of research that encompasses the mental health of the adolescent mother, the theme of breastfeeding is widely explored, being related to issues that include prenatal care, obstetrics, support network or professional guidance, with wide dissemination of knowledge. scientific studies focused on the subject.
