MACHISMO, LEI DE PLANEJAMENTO FAMILIAR E CONSTITUIÇÃO: DIREITO DA MULHER BRASILEIRA
É certo que os direitos emancipatórios das mulheres, principalmente aqueles ligados à família, são importantíssimos para o desenvolvimento da sociedade, para a liberdade desse grupo minoritário e para o asseguramento da dignidade da pessoa humana, e também que demoram muito para serem conquistados e efetivados no mundo como um todo,demora essa que se deve ao modelo social patriarcal instituído desde os primórdios da humanidade nas comunidades, que oprime fortemente todos os desejos e anseios femininos que não estejam ligados a maternidade e a família.A atual Constituição Federal brasileira determina igualdade em todos os patamares, inclusive a de gênero, porém nem sempre foi assim na história do Brasil, com passado escravagista, misógino e segregador, uma parcela do país atual luta contra todos esses preconceitos historicamente instituídos, dentre eles o machismo. A Lei de Planejamento Familiar é um dispositivo possibilitador do acesso a auxílio estatal pelas famílias não devendo essa desrespeitar a real situação da mulher brasileira e os desdobramentos sociais atuais, cumprindo assim princípios constitucionais e suas demandas.

Abstract:
It is certain that the emancipatory rights of women, especially those linked to the family, are extremely important for the development of society, for the freedom of this minority group and for the assurance of the dignity of the human person, and also that they take a long time to be conquered and put into effect in the world as a whole, this delay is due to the patriarchal social model instituted since the dawn of humanity in communities, which strongly oppresses all female desires and desires that are not linked to motherhood and family. The current Brazilian Federal Constitution determines equality in At all levels, including gender, but it was not always like that in the history of Brazil, with a slave-holding, misogynist and segregating past, a part of the current country fights against all these historically instituted prejudices, including machismo. The Family Planning Law is a device that makes it possible for families to access state aid, which should not disrespect the real situation of Brazilian women and current social developments, thus fulfilling constitutional principles and their demands.
