LUTO E ENVOLVIMENTO ÉTICO DIANTE DA ORDEM DE NÃO REANIMAR
O estudo analisou a percepção da
equipe de enfermagem de um centro de terapia
intensiva (CTI), sobre o luto e o envolvimento
ético diante da ordem de não reanimar (ONR).
Estudo exploratório descritivo, com abordagem
qualitativa. Participaram como informantes,
27 profissionais de enfermagem que atuam
no CTI do Hospital Ophir Loyola, no município
de Belém do Pará. Os dados foram coletados
no mês de março de 2019, com entrevista
gravada em telefone celular da pesquisadora,
e uso de roteiro para entrevista com questões
semiestruturadas. Na percepção da equipe de
enfermagem sobre o seu envolvimento ético,
o luto e a ordem de não reanimar, a equipe
entende, que o dever ético é do médico, e que
os enfermeiros não tem poder de ação sobre a
tomada de decisão. Entretanto não os exime da
responsabilidade ética.

Abstract:
The study analyzed the perception
of the nursing team of an intensive care unit
(ICU), about mourning and ethical involvement
before the order od non-reanimation (ONR)
Descriptive exploratory study with a qualitative
approach. Twenty-seven nursing professionals
working at the ICU of Ophir Loyola Hospital, in the city of Belém do Pará, participated
as informants. Data were collected in March 2019, with interview recorded in the
researcher's cell phone, and use of a guiding script with structured questions. It is
concluded that the participants generally have knowledge about what is the order not
to reanimate and its purpose, however they do not have the understanding that they
are part of this process, often leading to indecisions and doubts about the limitation of
therapeutic effort as an order of non-resuscitation.
