LUTA PELO RECONHECIMENTO: A TRAJETÓRIA DA MOBILIZAÇÃO POLÍTICA DAS COMUNIDADES NEGRAS RURAIS QUILOMBOLAS DO MARANHÃO
Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a luta pelo o reconhecimento e a mobilização das comunidades negras rurais quilombolas do Maranhão, a partir de suas ações coletivas juntamente com a interferência da garantia de direitos territoriais pautado no artigo 68 do Ato das Disposições Constitucionais Transitórias (ADCT), da Constituição de 1988, que se apresentou como a primeira lei que garante o reconhecimento de terras ocupadas pelo o denomina de Comunidades Remanescentes de Quilombo. Contudo as determinações presente no artigo 68 apresentaram-se inúmeras lacunas e inconsistências em relação a definição de quilombo que foram utilizada pelos os legisladores, tornando assim insuficiente para garantir os direitos a todas as comunidades negras rurais, todavia foram necessário as mobilizações coletivas das próprias comunidades para o acessos aos seus direitos.

Abstract:
This work aims to analyze the struggle for the recognition and mobilization of the rural black quilombola communities of Maranhão, from their collective actions together with the interference of the guarantee of territorial rights based on article 68 of the Transitional Constitutional Provisions Act ( ADCT), of the 1988 Constitution, which presented itself as the first law that guarantees the recognition of lands occupied by the so-called Remaining Communities of Quilombo. However, the determinations contained in Article 68 presented numerous gaps and inconsistencies in relation to the definition of quilombo that were used by legislators, thus making it insufficient to guarantee the rights of all black rural communities, however collective mobilizations of the communities themselves were necessary. access to your rights.
