LUGARES GEOMÉTRICOS: UMA PROPOSTA DINÂMICA ALIADA A TEORIA DE REGISTROS DE REPRESENTAÇÕES SEMIÓTICAS
O presente trabalho advém de
uma pesquisa, em andamento, que visa o
desenvolvimento de uma dissertação de
mestrado do Programa de Pós-Graduação em
Educação Matemática e Ensino de Física da
Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM).
A referida pesquisa possui como problema
de pesquisa: “Investigar a mobilização dos
registros de representações semióticas por
meio de atividades didáticas, envolvendo
lugares geométricos, em dois ambientes de
aprendizagem: quando se faz uso de papel,
lápis, régua e compasso ou do software
GeoGebra”. Assim, dentre outros objetivos,
tem-se como proposta a elaboração e aplicação
de uma sequência de atividades junto a alunos
do curso de graduação em matemática da
UFSM. A fundamentação teórica baseiase na teoria de registros de representações
semiótica de Raymond Duval. Esta teoria
possui um referencial vasto quanto ao processo
de visualização e, consequentemente,
apresenta relevância no processo de ensino
e aprendizagem de geometria. Por ser uma
pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, a análise
dos resultados será feita a partir das percepções
e procedimentos elaborados pelos alunos no
decorrer do desenvolvimento da sequência de
atividades. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho
visa investigar a mobilização dos registros de
representações semióticas pelos alunos na (re)
construção de alguns conceitos geométricos
referentes a lugares geométricos, a fim de
contribuir na formação desses graduandos. Bem
como, analisar quais representações semióticas
são utilizadas nos dois ambientes de ensino,
com ou sem o uso do recurso tecnológico

Abstract:
The present work comes from
an ongoing research that aims to develop a
master’s dissertation of the Graduate Program
in Mathematical Education and Physics
Teaching of the Federal University of Santa
Maria (UFSM). This research has as research
problem: “Investigate the mobilization of
records of semiotic representations through
didactic activities, involving geometric places, in
two learning environments: when using paper,
pencil, ruler and compass or GeoGebra software
“ Thus, among other objectives, it is proposed to develop and apply a sequence of activities with students of the undergraduate
mathematics course at UFSM. The theoretical foundation is based on Raymond
Duval’s theory of records of semiotic representations. This theory has a vast referential
regarding the visualization process and, consequently, has relevance in the process of
teaching and learning geometry. As it is a qualitative approach research, the analysis
of the results will be made from the perceptions and procedures elaborated by the
students during the development of the sequence of activities. In this sense, the present
work aims to investigate the mobilization of the records of semiotic representations by
the students in the (re) construction of some geometric concepts referring to geometric
places, in order to contribute to the formation of these undergraduates. As well, analyze
which semiotic representations are used in both teaching environments, with or without
the use of technological resources.
