LOGÍSTICA REVERSA DE PNEUS INSERVÍVEIS: UMA ANÁLISE DA CIDADE DE PORTO VELHO - RO COM RELAÇÃO A LEGISLAÇÃO VIGENTE
O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a logística reversa de pneus inservíveis realizada na cidade de Porto Velho - RO, comparando com a legislação aplicada ao mercado de pneus no âmbito nacional e municipal. A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada caracteriza-se pelo método indutivo e foi subdividida em duas etapas, sendo primeiramente a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e em seguida a coleta de dados primários de abordagem qualitativa por meio de entrevista em profundidade com gestores de distribuidores e varejistas de pneus da cidade de Porto Velho e da pesquisa observacional aos estabelecimentos. Diante do estudo concluiu-se que a cidade de Porto Velho vem realizando a logística reversa dos pneus inservíveis conforme estabelece a Lei 12.305/2010, entretanto, diante da legislação municipal há lacunas quanto a efetividade e cumprimento.

Abstract:
The present research aims to analyze the reverse logistics of scrap tires performed in the city of Porto Velho - RO, comparing with the legislation applied to the tire market at national and municipal levels. The research methodology is characterized by the inductive method and was subdivided into two stages, being first the bibliographic and documentary research and then the collection of primary data of qualitative approach through an in-depth interview with tires dealer managers and retailers from Porto Velho and an observational research to the establishments. Before the research, it was concluded that the city of Porto Velho has been carrying out the reverse logistics of scrap tires, as established by the Law 12.305/2010. However, there are gaps in the municipal legislation regarding effectiveness and compliance.
