LOGÍSTICA DE TRANSPORTE E A INFRAESTRUTURA BRASILEIRA
A pesquisa realizada foi de caráter exploratório através de estudos já realizados, pesquisas em sites da internet, revistas, livros e artigos. Esta dissertação mostra uma visão ampla dos entraves na infraestrutura de transportes, que atualmente apresenta uma matriz totalmente distorcida do que é recomendado, predominando o transporte rodoviário com cerca de 60% de tudo que é transportado no Brasil. Foram analisados as melhorias e o investimento necessário para que o Brasil possa estar entre as melhores infraestruturas de transporte do mundo, para isso analisamos indicadores de diversos países que são desenvolvidos e de países emergentes como China, Índia e Rússia que compõe o BRIC, os investimentos que o Brasil pretende fazer nos próximos anos e o que é necessário fazer de acordo com especialistas da área de Logística de Transporte e o Instituto de Logística e Suplly Chain (ILOS). Investir em infraestrutura é fundamental para o desenvolvimento de um país, neste cenário o transporte de cargas é a principal função da logística empresarial para promover o crescimento da atividade econômica e para isso é preciso possuir uma estrutura organizada, no sentido que cada produto seja transportado no modal ideal levando em conta a relação custo benefício, somente assim as empresas nacionais serão mais competitivas no mercado globalizado.

Abstract:
The search was exploratory through accomplished studies, internet searches, magazines, book and articles. This work shows a wide vision of the transportation infrastructure problems, which shows nowadays a different situation of what is recommended. The road transport is predominant with about 60% of all that is transported in Brazil. It was analyzed the improvements and the investment needed for Brazil to be one of the best transportation infrastructures of the world. For this, it’s we analyze the indicators of many developed and emergent countries like China, India and Russia that are BRIC’s members; the investments that our country intend to do in the next years and what is needed according with the experts in transportation logistics. The investments in infrastructure are essential for a country development. So the load transportation is the most important function of the logistics to promote the economic activity growing. For that, is necessary to have an organized structure towards that each product can be transported in the ideal modal considering the best cost-benefit.
