As discussões por nós apresentadas

neste artigo têm como intuito discorrer sobre o

uso do texto literário nas classes de Espanhol

como Língua Estrangeira (E/LE). Em termos

conceituais, analisamos o exercício e/ou a

aplicação da leitura nas aulas E/LE como

estimuladora do senso crítico e cognitivo dos

alunos, bem como sendo capaz de contribuir

significativamente para o desenvolvimento

linguístico, cultural e imagético por parte dos

estudantes de LE. Portanto, realizamos uma

pesquisa bibliográfica de forma exploratória

sobre o tema proposto – o uso da literatura

nas aulas de LE, em especial, das classes

de espanhol. A literatura nas classes de E/

LE, então, contribui para que os estudantes

desenvolvam o senso crítico, a cidadania, a

sensibilidade e o respeito à cultura do outro.

Abstract:
The discussions we present in

this article are intended to discuss the use of

the literary text in the classes of Spanish as a

Foreign Language (E/LE). In conceptual terms,

we analyze the exercise and/or the application

of reading in E/LE classes as a stimulator of the

students’ critical and cognitive sense, as well

as being able to contribute significantly to the

linguistic, cultural and imaginary development

of LE students. Therefore, we carried out an

exploratory bibliographical research on the

proposed theme, the use of literature in LE

classes, especially the spanish classes. The

literature in E/LE classes, so then helps students

develop critical thinking, citizenship, sensitivity,

and respect for the culture of the other.
