LÍNGUA-ESTRUTURA E LÍNGUA-ACONTECIMENTO: UM OLHAR SOBRE O TÓPICO “GRAMÁTICA/DISCURSO” DA PROPOSTA CURRICULAR DE SANTA CATARINA
O presente trabalho apresenta uma reflexão sobre as noções de língua-estrutura e língua-acontecimento sob a perspectiva da Análise de Discurso, e uma discussão acerca da aplicação e relação entre essas concepções na proposição do tópico “Gramática/Discurso” da Proposta Curricular de Santa Catarina, no que diz respeito ao ensino da Língua Portuguesa. Através de pesquisas bibliográficas e análise do texto constituinte desse importante documento norteador de práticas pedagógicas dos educadores, busca-se uma melhor compreensão sobre a proposta de ensino para a formação gramatical/discursiva dos alunos na disciplina curricular de Língua Portuguesa. O ensino da gramática em sala de aula deve ser aliado à exploração do discurso, pois a relação resultante entre essas duas facetas da língua contempla forma e sentido, sendo esses fatores essenciais para a formação da identidade linguística de uma comunidade. Nesse sentido, destacam-se as implicações e a importância das noções de língua-estrutura e língua-acontecimento presentes em um instrumento-referência para professores que desempenham ações fundamentais para a formação de qualidade dos educandos.

Abstract:
This paper presents a study of the “language-structure” and “language-event” notions, from the perspective of Discourse Analysis, and a discussion about the application and relationship between these concepts in the proposition of the topic "Grammar/Discourse” of the Proposta Curricular de Santa Catarina, with regard to the teaching of Portuguese. Through literature searches and analysis of the text constituent of this important guiding document of teaching practices of educators, we seek to better understanding of the teaching proposal for grammar/discourse formation of students in curricular discipline of Portuguese Language. The teaching grammar in the classroom should be combined with the exploration of discourse because the resulting relationship between these two facets of language contemplates form and meaning, these being essential factors for the formation of the linguistic identity of a community. In this sense, it highlights the implications and the importance of language-structure and language-event notions present in a reference tool for teachers who play key actions for the formation quality of students.
