LINFOMA NÃO HODGKIN, UMA APRESENTAÇÃO ATÍPICA DE CÉLULAS IMATURAS EM AMOSTRA DO LÍQUIDO PLEURAL: RELATO DE CASO
INTRODUÇÃO: O Linfoma não Hodgkin (LNH) é uma entidade originada através da proliferação anormal de células linfoides, composto por cerca de 40 subtipos, cujo diagnóstico é comprovado por biópsias linfonodais e imunofenotipagem. Todavia raramente são encontrado células imaturas em amostra de líquido pleural na vigência de LNH. OBJETIVOS: Relatar um caso raro de LNH, cuja paciente apresentou células imaturas em amostra de líquido pleural. CONCLUSÕES: A presença de células atípicas no líquido pleural foi fundamental na investigação diagnóstica da neoplasia. Enfatizando a importância de equipe multidisciplinar na detecção da alteração celular, relatada precocemente, mudando a condução da investigação, e consequente diagnóstico e terapêutica precoce.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is an entity originated by the abnormal proliferation of lymphoid cells, composed of about 40 subtypes, whose diagnosis is confirmed by lymph node biopsies and immunophenotyping. However rarely, immature cells are found in samples of pleural fluid in NHL surveillance. OBJECTIVES: To report a case of NHL, whose patient presented immature cells in samples of pleural fluid. CONCLUSIONS: The presence of atypical cells in the pleural fluid was essential in the diagnostic investigation of the neoplasia. Emphasizing the importance of the multidisciplinary team in detecting cellular changes, reported early, changing the conduct of the investigation and consequent early diagnosis and therapy.
