Abstract: Feline nasal neoplasms are uncommon; however, intranasal lymphoma (INL) is the most frequently diagnosed tumor type in this location. This report aimed to describe a case of INL in a domestic cat. A six-year-old Persian female presented with epistaxis and clinical signs related to the upper respiratory tract. On physical examination, epistaxis, inspiratory dyspnea, sneezing, and stridor were observed. Cytology obtained from the nasal cavity revealed neoplastic lymphocytes, confirming the diagnosis of INL. Treatment with chlorambucil and prednisolone was instituted, resulting in initial clinical improvement. However, the patient later progressed to death. INL should be considered among the differential diagnoses for chronic upper respiratory tract diseases in cats.
