LIBERDADE DE EXPRESSÃO NAS REDES SOCIAIS: LIMITES EXTRAPOLADOS
O presente artigo tem como escopo primeiramente analisar o princípio da liberdade de expressão como direito fundamental do ser humano e como ele vem sendo utilizado nas redes sociais na atualidade. Após, busca-se observar os limites a serem impostos a esse princípio, quando utilizado especificamente nas redes sociais de forma irresponsável e desarrazoada, configurando um abuso de direito bem como, quais os reflexos que essa conduta poderá trazer para uma pessoa em sua vida nas redes sociais com limites extrapolados. Salienta-se que este artigo se posiciona contra o comportamento acrítico do ser humano e do uso extrapolado dessas tecnologias

Abstract:
This article aims to first analyze the principle of freedom of expression as a fundamental human right and how it has been used in social networks today. Afterwards, we seek to observe the limits to be imposed on this principle, when used specifically on social networks in an irresponsible and unreasonable way, configuring an abuse of rights as well as, what are the reflexes that this conduct can bring to a person in their life in the social networks with extrapolated limits. It should be noted that this article is against the uncritical behavior of the human being and the extrapolated use of these technologies.
