LEVANTAMENTO SOBRE INSTRUMENTOS DE PLANEJAMENTO MUNICIPAL NO ESTADO DE GOIÁS
O trabalho faz o levantamento da quantidade de municípios goianos, identificando quantos possuem o principal instrumento de Planejamento municipal, segundo a constituição de 1988. Serve como base inicial para futuras investigações sobre o que significa “autonomia”, para a maioria desses municípios, e qual é o efetivo papel dos instrumentos de Planejamento para a sua consolidação. Verificou-se que essa investigação é aplicável à maioria dos municípios goianos, que possuem quantitativo populacional inferior a 20 mil habitantes.

Abstract: The work surveys the number of municipalities in Goiás, identifying how many have the main instrument of municipal planning, according to the 1988 constitution. It serves as an initial basis for future investigations on what "autonomy" means for most of these municipalities, and what is the effective role of the Planning instruments for their consolidation. It was found that this investigation is applicable to most municipalities in Goiás, which have a population of less than 20 thousand inhabitants.
