LEVANTAMENTO QUANTITATIVO DE MANIFESTAÇÕES PATOLÓGICAS DE FACHADAS EM EDIFICAÇÕES MULTIPAVIMENTOS NA ÁREA URBANA CENTRAL DE PATOS DE MINAS - MG
Este trabalho visa o levantamento das principais manifestações patológicas em fachadas de edificações multipavimentos da região central da cidade de Patos de MinasMG, através de inspeções visuais e registro fotográfico. São estudados ao todo doze tipos de manifestações patológicas, enquadradas em quatro classes, presentes em fachadas frontais de cento e vinte e sete edificações da Zona de Adensamento Preferencial um (ZAP1) da cidade, definida pela Lei Complementar nº 271 de 2006. Na análise quantitativa das manifestações patológicas separam-se as edificações em quatro diferentes finalidades de ocupação – residencial, comercial, institucional e residencial/comercial – e fazse também o levantamento com relação à orientação geográfica, e às quatro classes de manifestações: a percolação de água, desempenho da argamassa e substrato, desempenho do revestimento de pintura e fissuração causada por deformações estruturais e higrotérmicas.

Abstract:
This work aims to survey the main pathological manifestations in several floors building façades in the central area Patos de minas-MG, through visual inspection and photographic record. All twelve kinds of pathological manifestations are going to be studied, classified into four classes, and which are present in 127 front building façades of Densification Preferred Zone one (ZAP-1) from the city, defined by Complementary Law No. 271 of 2006. The quantitative analysis of the pathological manifestations separate the buildings in four different occupation purposes - residential, commercial, institutional, and residential/commercial - and it was also conducted a survey related to the geographical orientation and the four classes of pathological manifestations: water percolation, mortar performance and substrate, performance of paint coating and cracking caused by structural and hygrothermal deformations.
