LEVANTAMENTO E INFORMATIZAÇÃO DE Calliandra BENTH., Cedrelinga DUCKE. e Prosopis L. (LEGUMINOSAE- CAESALPINIOIDEAE) NO HERBÁRIO IAN DA EMBRAPA AMAZÔNIA ORIENTAL, BELÉM, PA, BRASIL
Entre as subfamílias de Leguminosae Juss., Caesalpinioideae teve uma
significativa mudança, devido à inclusão da, anteriormente, distinta subfamília
Mimosoideae. Ocorrendo em regiões tropicais, subtropicais e temperadas,
destacando-se por sua diversidade e consequente utilização de suas espécies. A
biodiversidade dessas espécies podem ser registrada e consultada através das
coleções botânicas, responsáveis por guardar informações que são úteis a várias
áreas, como taxonomia, manejo florestal, farmacologia, palinologia, entre outros. O
objetivo desse trabalho foi levantar e organizar dados referentes a três gêneros
pertencentes à subfamília Caesalpinioideae, Calliandra Benth., Cedrelinga Ducke. e
Prosopis L., e informatizá-los, a fim de contribuir com estudos acerca dessas
espécies. Para isso, arquivos em RDE (Rapid Data Entry) do software BRAHMS
(Botanic Researchand Herbarium Management System), foram extraídos do banco
de dados para posterior correção juntamente com imagens das exsicatas. Para os
gêneros Calliandra, Cedrelinga e Prosopis, foram encontrados 210, 24 e 36
exemplares respectivamente, com diferentes números de espécies, coletores e
municípios registrados como locais de coleta. O levantamento e a organização
desses dados contribuirá, sobremaneira, para a realização de estudos em diversas
áreas cientificas, tais como taxonomia, fitogeografia, dentre outras.

Abstract:
Among the subfamilies of Leguminosae Juss., Caesalpinioideae had a
significant change, due to the inclusion of previously distinct subfamily
Mimosoideae. Occurring in tropical, subtropical and temperate regions, especially
for your diversity and consequent use of its species. The biodiversity of these
species can be recorded and consulted through the botanical collections,
responsible for storing information that is useful to various areas, such as
taxonomy, forest management, pharmacology, palynology, among others. The
objective of this work was to raise and organize data for three genera belonging to
the subfamily Caesalpinioideae, Calliandra Benth., Cedrelinga Ducke. and Prosopis
l., and informatizá them, in order to contribute with studies about these species. To
do this, files on RDE (Rapid Data Entry) BRAHMS software (Botanic Researchand
Herbarium Management System), were extracted from the database for subsequent
correction along with images of plant specimens. For the genera Calliandra,
Cedrelinga and Prosopis, 210 were found, 24 and 36 copies respectively, with
different numbers of species, collectors and municipalities registered as collection
sites. The survey and the Organization of such data will greatly, for the carrying out
of studies in various scientific areas, such as taxonomy, phytogeography, among
others.
