LEVANTAMENTO DE BIOFÁBRICAS PARA CULTURA DE TECIDOS EM TRÊS ESTADOS DO NORDESTE.
Com a técnica da cultura de tecidos
os produtores, tem a possibilidade de obter um
plantel mais uniforme, plantas sadias e com
elevado potencial produtivo, vigor e genética.
O maior mercado de mudas produzidas por
micropapagação é o de plantas ornamentais que
lideram o mercado atual, seguido por florestais
e frutíferas. Objetivou-se com o presente estudo
identificar e quantificar o número de biofábricas
presentes em três estados do Nordeste
(Paraíba, Pernambuco e Rio Grande do Norte).
Realizou-se levantamento bibliográfico em sites
acadêmicos por biofábricas presentes nos três
estados brasileiro, sendo feita a quantificação,
localização e principais culturas propagadas
em cada biofábricas. No Estado da Paraíba
foram encontradas 5 biofábricas, no Estado
de Pernambuco 3 e no Estado do Rio Grande
do Norte 2 biofábricas. O estudo demonstrou
a inexistência de biofábricas particulares
nos estados pesquisados, no entanto, foram
encontradas biofábricas em instituições públicas
de pesquisa que trabalham em diferentes linhas
de pesquisas com as principais culturas de
importância para cada Estado.

Abstract:
With the tissue culture technique
the producers have the possibility of obtaining
a more uniform plant, healthy plants with high
productive potential, vigor and genetics. The
largest market for seedlings produced by
micropapagation is that of ornamental plants
that lead the current market, followed by forest
and fruit trees. The objective of this study
was to identify and quantify the number of
biofactories present in three Northeast states
(Paraíba, Pernambuco and Rio Grande do
Norte). A bibliographical survey was carried
out in academic sites by biofactories present
in the three Brazilian states. The quantification,
location and principal cultures propagated in
each biofactory were carried out. In the State of
Paraíba, 5 biofactories were found in the State of Pernambuco 3 and in the State of Rio Grande do Norte 2 biofactories. The study
demonstrated the absence of particular biofactories in the states surveyed, however,
biofactories were found in public research institutions that work in different lines of
research with the main cultures of importance for each state.
