LETRAMENTOS E ETNOGRAFIA EM UMA ESCOLA NA COMUNIDADE QUILOMBOLA SÃO DOMINGOS
Neste trabalho, apresentamos algumas informações sobre a situação de uma escola em uma comunidade quilombola em Paracatu-MG, e as possibilidades de Letramento e Etnografia de ensino nessas Comunidades. Parte das informações foi obtida no trabalho de mestrado intitulado “Identidades na Comunidade Quilombola São Domingos e Representações da Mineradora Kinross: Tradição x Modernidade” (Gomes, 2013), desenvolvida na Universidade de Brasília. Os principais autores em que este artigo foi embasado são Street (2007), Kleiman (1995) e Costa (2000). O objetivo central deste artigo, de cunho qualitativo, foi trabalhar a importância do Letramento e da Etnografia na aquisição do conhecimento de integrantes de comunidade, assim como mostrar a realidade de uma escola que compõe a comunidade São Domingos. Como resultados das análises, identificamos que seguindo um padrão de dificuldades do ensino formal no Brasil, as comunidades também passam por restrições sejam estruturais (falta de um ambiente para a aprendizagem), mas também por falta de profissionais e alunos que justifiquem o funcionamento de escolas que já existem no local. Outra situação que surgiu na pesquisa foi que os profissionais que ali trabalhavam, por não pertencer à comunidade, não possuíam o envolvimento e conhecimento sobre a comunidade de maneira que pudessem desenvolver um trabalho utilizando a etnografia e todo o conhecimento que esses alunos traziam do contexto em que viviam.

Abstract:
In this work, we present some information about the situation of a school in a maroon community in Paracatu-MG, and the possibilities of Teaching and Ethnography teaching in these Communities. Some of the information was obtained in the master's work titled "Identities in the Marron Community São Domingos and Representations of the Kinross Mining company: Tradition x Modernity" (Gomes, 2014), developed at the University of Brasilia. The main authors on which this article was based are Street (2007), Kleiman (1995) and Costa (2000). The main objective of this qualitative article was to study the importance of Letter and Ethnography in the acquisition of the knowledge of community members, as well as to show the reality of a school that makes up the São Domingos community. As a result of the analyzes, we identified that, following a pattern of formal education difficulties in Brazil, communities also face structural constraints (lack of an environment for learning), but also because of the lack of professionals and students that justify the functioning of schools which already exist on site. Another situation that arose in the research was that the professionals who worked there, because they did not belong to the community, did not have the involvement and knowledge about the community in a way that could develop a work using the ethnography and all the knowledge that these students brought from the context in who lived.
