LETRAMENTO ACADÊMICO E EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL: NA INTERAÇÃO ENTRE ESTUDANTES EXTENSIONISTAS E ESTUDANTES DO ENSINO MÉDIO TODOS APRENDEM
O presente trabalho aborda a articulação entre os princípios da Educação Ambiental com o os princípios do letramento acadêmico, a partir da experiência de Extensão Universitária, proposta pela equipe multidisciplinar do Projeto de Extensão “Metodologia Científica na Escola: trabalhando a leitura e escrita de textos acadêmicos e documentos oficiais”, da Universidade Federal de Alagoas, campus Arapiraca, Unidade Educacional Penedo. Identificada como uma pesquisa qualitativa e caracterizada como análise documental, descreveremos os critérios adotados para elaboração das propostas de atividades de leitura e escritura; e, analisaremos o processo de aprendizagem e constituição do letramento acadêmico decorrente dessa experiência tanto para os discentes universitários, na qualidade de extensionistas, quanto dos estudantes do Ensino Médio, público-alvo das ações. Os resultados mostraram que a leitura dos artigos publicados na Revista Juventude e Meio Ambiente, do Ministério do Meio Ambiente, de 2015, contribuiu para a compreensão dos temas abordados e para o acesso ao estilo acadêmico de produção textual. Concluímos destacando que a interação foi um fator decisivo para o processo de aprendizagem dos dois grupos de estudantes

Abstract:
This paper addresses the relationship between the principles of Environmental Education and the principles of academic literacy, based on the experience of University Extension, proposed by the multidisciplinary team of the Extension Project “Scientific Methodology at School: working on the reading and writing of academic texts and official documents ”, from the Federal University of Alagoas, Arapiraca campus, Penedo Educational Unit. Identified as a qualitative research and characterized as document analysis, we will describe the criteria adopted for the preparation of proposals for reading and writing activities; and, we will analyze the learning process and the constitution of academic literacy resulting from this experience, both for university students, as extension workers, and for high school students, the target audience of the actions. The results showed that the reading of the articles published in the Youth and Environment Magazine, of the Ministry of the Environment, of 2015, contributed to the understanding of the topics covered and to the access to the academic style of textual production. We conclude by highlighting that interaction was a decisive factor for the learning process of the two groups of students.
