Lesson Study: O Planejamento Colaborativo e Reflexivo
A Lesson Study teve origem no
Japão e tem sido adaptada no Brasil de
diferentes maneiras. É entendida, como um
processo formativo no qual professores tem
a oportunidade de refletir, analisar, discutir,
planejar suas aulas de forma colaborativa e o
foco do processo é a aprendizagem do aluno.
A intervenção, que deu origem a esta pesquisa,
foi realizada na dinâmica da Lesson Study e
teve duração de um ano, com a realização de
dois ciclos formativos. O objetivo deste capítulo
é refletir como ocorre no decorrer do processo
formativo a reflexão e a colaboração por parte
do grupo de professores. Constatamos que o
grupo tornou-se colaborativo durante o processo
e que a reflexão foi o fio condutor, bem como,
que a reflexão e a colaboração extrapolaram
o ambiente dos encontros e passaram a ser
prática dos professores em suas salas de aula.

Abstract:
The Lesson Study originated
in Japan and has been adapted in Brazil in
different ways. It is understood as a formative
process in which teachers have the opportunity
to reflect, analyze, discuss, plan their classes in
a collaborative way and the focus of the process
is student learning. The intervention, which
gave rise to this research, was carried out in
the dynamics of the Lesson Study and lasted
for one year, with the accomplishment of two
formative cycles. The purpose of this chapter
is to reflect how reflection and collaboration on
the part of the teachers’ group occurs during
the formative process. We found that the group
became collaborative during the process and
that reflection was the guiding thread, as well as
that reflection and collaboration extrapolated the
meeting environment and became the practice
of teachers in their classrooms.
