LESÃO HEPÁTICA E POLIFARMÁCIA: UM RELATO DE CASO
Hepatite aguda por droga clinicamente significante ou piora nos parâmetros de função hepática é rara. O tratamento da lesão hepática induzida por medicamentos baseia-se na abstinência precoce do fármaco e tratamento secundário das possíveis lesões hepáticas; em casos graves, o transplante de fígado poderá ser uma opção terapêutica. No relato, encontra-se um paciente masculino, 45 anos, apresentando quadro intenso de icterícia generalizada em face, tronco, abdome e membros. Acompanhado de colúria, dor em região epigástrica e de hipocôndrio direito, inapetência e constipação. Apresentando uma hepatopatia farmacoinduzida. A real incidência desta hepatopatia é difícil de ser determinada, pois na maioria das vezes essas alterações são assintomáticas e passam despercebidas. Em muitas situações, o atendimento médico somente é procurado se a sintomatologia for extrema.

HEPATIC INJURY AND SELF-MEDICATION: A CASE REPORT
Acute drug-induced hepatitis clinically significant or worsening liver function parameters are rare. The treatment of drug-induced liver damage is based on early drug withdrawal and secondary treatment of possible liver damage; in severe cases, liver transplantation may be a therapeutic option. In the report, there is a male patient, 45 years old, with severe generalized jaundice on the face, trunk, abdomen, and limbs. Accompanied by choluria, pain in the epigastric region and right hypochondrium, lack of appetite, and constipation. Presenting a pharmacy-induced liver disease. The actual incidence of this liver disease is difficult to determine, as most of the time these changes are asymptomatic and go unnoticed. In many situations, medical care is only sought if the symptoms are extreme.
