LENDAS, PARLENDAS E CONTOS: ENSINANDO COM A CULTURA POPULAR.
Este trabalho é resultado de
um projeto de intervenção em leitura, que
abordou a temática das lendas e parlendas
como estratégia de ensino para alunos do 5º
ano da escola Municipal São João Batista, rio
Guajarazinho, ilhas do município de Abaetetuba,
Pará. O objetivo principal foi incentivar a leitura
através das lendas e parlendas da região,
com a intenção de facilitar a aprendizagem
dos alunos e consequentemente melhorar o
seu desempenho nas series seguintes. Foi
desenvolvido em várias fases e ocorreu durante
as aulas, onde trabalhamos (equipe docente e
alunos) no período de um semestre. O método
de pesquisa utilizado foi o da pesquisa ação,
visando a reflexão das atividades desenvolvidas
pelos sujeitos envolvidos. Consideramos a
partir de avaliações realizadas que foram
significativas as contribuições deixadas, visto
que ajudaram muitos alunos a participarem das
atividades na turma, como criação e leitura de
pequenos textos, desenhos, criação e narração
das lendas, atividades extraclasses. Além
disso, os resultados se mostraram satisfatórios
no final da sua aplicação.

Abstract:
This work is the result of an
intervention project in reading, which approached
the theme of legends and legends as a teaching
strategy for students of the 5th grade of the São
João Batista school, Guajarazinho river, islands
of the municipality of Abaetetuba, Pará. was to
encourage reading through the legends and
parliaments of the region, with the intention of
facilitating students’ learning and consequently
improving their performance in the following
series. It was developed in several phases and
occurred during the classes, where we work
(teaching staff and students) in the period of one semester. The research method
used was the action research, aiming at the reflection of the activities developed by
the subjects involved. We considered from the evaluations that the contributions left
were significant, since they helped many students to participate in the activities in
the class, as creation and reading of small texts, drawings, creation and narration of
legends, extraclass activities. In addition, the results were satisfactory at the end of
their application.
