LEI GERAL DE PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UM ESCRITÓRIO DE CONTABILIDADE NA CIDADE DE SORRISO-MT
Com a crescente fragilidade na segurança das informações nos bancos de dados e o aumento de tais riscos as empresas e os usuários tomam medidas protetivas. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o processo de implantação e aplicabilidade da lei geral de proteção de dados (LGPD) de um escritório de contabilidade da cidade de Sorriso-MT. E como objetivos específicos: apresentar as principais características da lei; discorrer sobre empecilhos quanto a implantação da lei nas empresas contábil; identificar se a empresa de contabilidade tem ciência da LGPD e se estão aptas a adotar os procedimentos necessários a aplicação da lei. Esta pesquisa, foi realizada perante aplicação de questionário a um profissional do escritório responsável pelo TI da empresa, a abordagem do problema refere-se a um estudo de caso, classificada como descritiva de natureza qualitativa. A partir desta pesquisa constatou que a empresa está inicialmente no processo de implantação da Lei. Apesar disso já apresenta a sua equipe um manual de integração em que é apresentado as políticas do escritório e o regimento Interno. A mesma detém de Firewall de proteção com controle e restrição de acessos. Conclui-se que há lentidão acerca da implantação da lei, um dos fatores determinantes à esta morosidade está a limitação de recursos, incompreensão das exigências pautadas e ou escassez de consultorias que comportem os pilares necessário e que atendam aos quesitos da implantação como; a legislação, TI e gestão administrativa bem como, profissionais DPO.

Abstract:
With the growing weakness in the security of information in databases and the increase in such risks, companies and users take protective measures. The aim of this study is to analyze the process of implementation and applicability of the general data protection law (LGPD) of an accounting office in the city of Sorriso-MT. And as specific objectives: to present the main characteristics of the law; talk about obstacles regarding the implementation of the law in accounting companies; identify whether the accounting firm is aware of the LGPD and whether they are able to adopt the necessary procedures for law enforcement. This research was carried out by applying a questionnaire to a professional from the office responsible for the company's IT, the approach to the problem refers to a case study, classified as descriptive of a qualitative nature. From this research, it was found that the company is initially in the process of implementing the Law. Despite this, it already presents its team with an integration manual in which the office's policies and the Internal Regulation are presented. and access restriction. It is concluded that there is a slowness regarding the implementation of the law, one of the determining factors for this delay is the limitation of resources, lack of understanding of the requirements and/or lack of consultancies that include the necessary pillars and that meet the requirements of implementation such as; legislation, IT and administrative management as well as DPO professionals.
