LEGISLAÇÃO DOS FITOTERÁPICOS: LEIS QUE REGULAMENTAM O USO NO BRASIL
O conhecimento das resoluções,
portarias, instruções normativas e demais
legislações aplicáveis à regulamentação
do uso de plantas medicinais no Brasil, é
fundamental para a regularização da fabricação
e comercialização dos fitoterápicos no Brasil.
Essas leis são criadas e atualizadas pela
ANVISA. Diversas são as legislações aplicáveis
que fazem a regulamentação do uso de
fitoterápicos no Brasil. O objetivo do estudo foi
apresentar as principais normas e discursar
sobre as dificuldades e complexidades das
normatizações, cuja regulamentação e registros
dos fitoterápicos representam um desafio
para as indústrias farmacêuticas, que muitas
vezes encaram essas regulamentações como
grandes obstáculos na produção e criação de
novos medicamentos.

Abstract:
Knowledge of the resolutions,
ordinances, normative instructions and other
applicable laws that regulate the use of
medicinal plants in Brazil is fundamental for the
regularization of the manufacture and marketing
of herbal medicines in Brazil. These laws are
created and updated by ANVISA. There are
several applicable laws that regulate the use of
herbal medicines in Brazil. The aim of this study
was to present the main norms and to talk about
the difficulties and complexities of the norms,
whose regulation and phytotherapy registers
represent a challenge for the pharmaceutical
industries, which often see these regulations as
major obstacles in the production and creation of new medicines.
