LDBEN Nº 9394/96: CONHECIMENTO DOCENTE NOS ANOS INICIAIS DO ENSINO DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL
O presente trabalho traz uma
discussão sobre o conhecimento de docentes
dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental de
Abreu e Lima - PE acerca da LDBEN- Lei de
Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional
Nº 9.394/96, com o intuito de investigar se
os docentes que estão atuando no Ensino
Fundamental, em Abreu e Lima, têm o
conhecimento da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da
Educação Nacional e como esse conhecimento
tem contribuído em sua prática em sala de aula.
A pesquisa caracteriza-se como pesquisa de
campo - descritiva com análise quantitativa e
qualitativa. Foi realizada em escolas municipais
de Abreu e Lima. Para a coleta de dados
utilizamos um questionário, o qual possibilitou
a análise dos resultados. Assim a pesquisa
identificou que entre os docentes entrevistados
poucos conhecem de fato a LDBEN, e que os
que conhecem confirmam sua contribuição na
prática em sala de aula, ao serem atendidas
as determinações por ela estabelecidas como
formação continuada, reconhecimento da
profissão, autonomia para professor e escola,
entre outros. O conhecimento dos docentes
quanto a LDBEN pode contribuir para a prática
docente, escola e sociedade, uma vez que a lei é
responsável pela administração e manutenção
da educação do país.

Abstract:
This paper presents a discussion
of the knowledge of teachers in the early years
of elementary school in Abreu e Lima - PE
about LDBEN- Law of Guidelines and Bases
of National Education N° 9.394 / 96, in order
to investigate whether the teachers who are
acting in elementary school in Abreu e Lima,
have knowledge of the Law of Directives and
Bases of National Education and how this
knowledge has contributed in their practice in
the classroom. The research is characterized
as a field - descriptive research with quantitative
and qualitative analysis. It was held in municipal
schools in Abreu e Lima. To collect data we

used a questionnaire, which allowed the analysis of the results. So the research found
that among the few interviewed teachers know indeed LDBEN, and that those who
know confirm their contribution to practice in the classroom, to be met determinations
established by it as continuing education, recognition of the profession, autonomy
for teacher and school, among others. The knowledge of teachers as LDBEN can
contribute to the teaching practice, school and society, since the law is responsible for
the management and maintenance of the country’s education
