LAS UNIVERSIDADES TECNOLÓGICAS DE HIDALGO: UN ANÁLISIS PESTEL ANTE UNA MEGACIENCIA
The work that is presented intends to study and analyze with strategic tools the context that the Technological Universities of the State of Hidalgo have before the arrival of a Synchrotron. The objective of the analysis is to know the context that surrounds them and that are presented to these Institutions. To achieve this objective, we will analyze the Hidalgo institutions sector through a study of the environment. The general environment or macro-environment must be differentiated from the specific environment and a specific documentary analysis must be carried out to detect the key factors to be able to propose strategies and make decisions.
