Abstract: Recruitment within organizations is one of the most important processes to develop, because it allows the identification of the ideal human resource that the company requires for the correct performance of its activities and future needs. We agree that in the business world there are a series of fundamental aspects that each organization must continuously manage to be as well prepared for any situation. To do this, it is essential to have highly qualified personnel in each area with the right profile. It is worth mentioning that the recruitment of workers and the processes to attract the best candidates has been changing over the years, all this according to new technologies and mainly with the use of social networks.
