Las mujeres indígenas y sus derechos en las entidades federativas mexicanas
En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una investigación llevada a cabo por la Facultad de Derecho de la UABC en la que se evidencia que, a pesar de que se ha tratado de enmarcarlos derechos de los indígenas para su protección en la constitución mexicana, se ha olvidado que el multiculturalismo podría ahogar los espacios de libertad en la sociedad y generar identidades enfrentadas entre sí, que podrían resultar discordia sin concordia. El problema existe de manera práctica, y más en las comunidades indígenas donde la mujer es discriminada por su propia comunidad. Una fórmula que ha probado eficacia a la solución de este problema ha sido la organización federal del estado. El federalismo permite tutelar las diferencias regionales, promueve el autogobierno de las regiones, pero mantiene unido a un Estado bajo ciertos principios comunes. Los derechos humanos.

Abstract:
This article presents the results of an investigation carried out by the Faculty of Law of the UABC in which it is evident that, despite the fact that it has tried to frame the rights of indigenous people for their protection in the Mexican constitution, it has forgotten that multiculturalism could stifle the spaces of freedom in society and generate conflicting identities, which could result in discord without harmony. The problem exists in a practical way, and more so in indigenous communities where women are discriminated against by their own community. A formula that has proven effective in solving this problem has been the federal organization of the state. Federalism allows the protection of regional differences, promotes the self-government of the regions, but keeps a State united under certain common principles. Human rights.
