LAS ESTANCIAS TÉCNICAS COMO ESTRATEGIA PARA LA ACTUALIZACIÓN PROFESIONAL DEL DOCENTE DE INGENIERÍA EN GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL
El desarrollo de la vinculación escuela-empresa, a través de una investigación del ambiente laboral empresarial; para establecer las bases de proyectos de formación continua acordes a las necesidades de los colaboradores, con la cual se llevaron a la práctica los conocimientos incluidos en diversas materias que se imparten en la carrera de IGE. La metodología utilizada es la establecida por el TecNM para la realización de estancias técnicas.
Las actividades realizadas permitieron una actualización profesional de los docentes que participaron brindando los conocimientos necesarios para el desarrollo de nuevas prácticas de gestión en la empresa moderna. Se considera que las estancias deberían convertirse en una práctica predominante de todo docente de Nivel Superior, ya que solo al estar involucrado en un contexto empresarial se puede identificar las competencias que se deben fortalecer en el estudiante de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial, y así con esto será posible contribuir a la mejora de la calidad en la educación.

The development of the school-business linkage, through an investigation of the business work environment; to establish the basis for continuous training projects according to the needs of employees, with which the knowledge included in various subjects taught in the GSE career was put into practice. The methodology used is the one established by the TecNM for technical internships.
The activities carried out allowed for the professional updating of the teachers who participated, providing the necessary knowledge for the development of new management practices in modern companies. It is considered that the internships should become a predominant practice of all teachers at a higher level, since only by being involved in a business context it is possible to identify the competencies that should be strengthened in the student of Business Management Engineering, and thus it will be possible to contribute to the improvement of the quality of education.
