LA LUCHA LIBRE, POTENCIAL TURÍSTICO DE LA CIUDAD DE PACHUCA, HIDALGO, MÉXICO
La Lucha libre en México representa una de las expresiones culturales más importantes ya que posee características que van desde las técnicas propias del deporte hasta el folklore que lo rodea, sin olvidar a personajes que se han convertido en ídolos de la cultura popular, brindándole una identidad propia.
Sin embargo, es necesario visualizarla como un resultado entre deporte y espectáculo, que incluye acrobacias, saltos, coreografías y secuencias teatrales, además del ambiente que lo rodea le otorga una personalidad única en el mundo y que representa un potencial atractivo para el turismo.
Es por estas razones que se debe considerar a la lucha libre como parte de la oferta del turismo deportivo de la ciudad de Pachuca, ya que por medio de la conformación de rutas permitirá incrementar el número de visitantes a la ciudad. Esta investigación se realizó por medio de una investigación cualitativa que permite identificar el potencial turístico del deporte a través de una revisión histórica documental aunado a una serie de entrevistas a expertos, luchadores y aficionados con la finalidad de identificar la importancia de la plaza y los beneficios que fundamentan la propuesta de la lucha libre como recurso turístico de la ciudad de Pachuca, Hidalgo.

Abstract:
The wrestling in Mexico represents one of the most important cultural expressions, since it has characteristics ranging from sport-specific techniques to folklore around it, not forgetting characters who have become idols of popular culture, giving it a self-identity.
However, it is necessary to visualize it as a result between sport and spectacle, which includes acrobatics, jumps, choreography and theatrical sequences, in addition to the environment that surrounds it, gives it a unique personality in the world and represents an attractive potential for tourism.
For these reasons, wrestling must be considered as part of the offer of sports tourism in the city of Pachuca, since through the formation of routes will increase the number of visitors to the city. This research was conducted through qualitative research that allows the identification of the tourist potential of sport through a historical documentary review combined with a series of interviews with experts, fighters and fans in order to identify the importance of the square and the benefits that underpin the proposal of free struggle as a tourist resource of the city of Pachuca, Hidalgo.
