Abstract: This ongoing educational research project involves students in the Bachelor of Education program at the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. The research employs the action-research method and a pedagogical intervention approach, utilizing teaching and learning strategies that address the need to train students in pedagogical competencies as future teachers. The investigation aims to formalize the concern that students have about their professional profile from the moment they enter the program, which does not seem to be fully fulfilled. It also explores how this perspective evolves as their training progresses. To achieve this, strategic teaching and learning activities have been implemented based on various didactic-pedagogical competencies. As a preliminary result, the first group of competencies, namely achievement of learning, is presented. The study is currently in the process of complementing the pedagogical intervention with other competencies and systematizing the results.
