Abstract: This article addresses the educational problem of distancing conditions forced by COVID-19. The pandemic arrived unexpectedly, and neither the school nor the family was prepared to defy the schooling process, guaranteeing, at minimum, effective help criteria that would allow students to advance and improve the learning process. Considering that what is known as the teaching-learning process ceased to be during distance learning. Due to the fact that the family in high percentage that accepted the schoolwork was not qualified to teach with Scientific pedagogical criteria. The work presented here explores some theoretical aspects and some routes that could help the family and teachers to conduct an educational process according to current social and historical conditions.
