JUVENTUDE, CULTURA MIDIÁTICA E EDUCAÇÃO NO SÉCULO XXI
O presente artigo discute as
relações existentes entre o perfil das gerações
que estão imersas em uma cultura midiática
e a educação, enfocando questões relativas
às condições atuais das instituições de
ensino superior para lidar com os jovens que
vivem em um tempo em que o mundo está
impregnado pelas tecnologias digitais. Os
recursos tecnológicos alteram a forma como as
pessoas interagem entre si e com a informação
e o conhecimento. Os reflexos das constantes
mudanças em um ciberespaço que está em
constante transformação chegam ao ambiente
educacional; para lidar com esse cenário tornase
necessário repensar constantemente a
formação continuada docente. O presente artigo
propõe uma reflexão sobre essa problemática
e sobre a atual formação continuada docente
praticada no ensino superior, visando subsidiar
propostas de interferências em favor de uma
educação que esteja em sintonia com o contexto
contemporâneo.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the
relationships between the profile of generations
who are immersed in a media culture and
education, focusing on issues regarding the
current conditions of higher education institutions
to deal with young people living in a time when
the world is impregnated digital technologies.
Technological resources change the way people
interact with each other and with information and
knowledge. The reflexes of the constant changes
in a cyberspace that is in constant transformation
arrive at the educational environment and to
deal with this scenario it becomes necessary
to constantly rethink the continued formation of
teachers. This article proposes a reflection on
this problem and presents it as a justification for
conducting research on the current continued
formation of teachers in higher education,
aiming to subsidize proposals for interference
in favor of an education that is in tune with the
contemporary context.
