JUSTIÇA RESTAURATIVA, PRÁTICAS RESTAURATIVAS E CULTURA DA PAZ: PERSPECTIVAS PARA O PROCESSO REFLEXIVO SOBRE A IMPORTÂNCIA DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS
O presente artigo faz uma reflexão
sobre as práticas da Justiça Restaurativa e da
Cultura da Paz como fomentadoras de uma
nova cultura baseada nos direitos humanos.
Através da pesquisa exploratória e de caráter
bibliográfico, pode-se considerar que a
sociedade tem um papel muito importante na
luta pelos direitos humanos. Contudo ainda
há uma grande necessidade de incentivar a
sociedade para a criação de uma nova cultura
caracterizada pela pacificação social, tolerância
e não-violência. Neste contexto, podemos refletir
sobre a necessidade de uma educação para
paz balizada a partir de práticas restaurativas,
baseadas nos valores humanos e direitos
humanos, além dos princípios trabalhados
nas técnicas de Justiça Restaurativa como:
o ritual dos círculos restaurativos, o princípio
da voluntariedade, horizontalidade, diálogo e
comunicação não violenta.

Abstract:
This article reflects on the
practices of Restorative Justice and the Culture
of Peace as fomenters of a new culture based
on human rights. Through exploratory research
and bibliographical character, one can consider
that society plays a very important role in the
fight for human rights. However, there is still
a great need to encourage society to create a
new culture characterized by social pacification,
tolerance and non-violence. In this context, we
can reflect on the need for an education for
peace based on restorative practices, based on
human values and human rights, as well as principles worked on Restorative Justice
techniques such as the ritual of restorative circles, the principle of voluntariness,
horizontality, dialogue and non-violent communication.
