JUSTIÇA RESTAURATIVA E O ESTATUTO DA CRIANÇA E DO ADOLESCENTE: dois projetos paranaenses
O presente trabalho busca apresentar e conhecer o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, voltado principalmente ao menor infrator e a prática de atos infracionais. O tema surgiu da necessidade de esclarecer o procedimento realizado com adolescente infrator. O Trabalho descreverá os diretos fundamentais assegurados a este adolescente, os princípios que devem ser respeitados, as medidas aplicadas diante da prática do ato infracional, dentre elas, a justiça restaurativa. A presente pesquisa classifica-se em pesquisa qualitativa e empírico-jurídico com base documental e bibliográfica.

Abstract:
This work seeks to present and understand the Statute of Children and Adolescents, aimed mainly at minor offenders and the practice of infractions. The theme arose from the need to clarify the procedure performed with adolescents who commit the infraction. The Work will describe the fundamental rights guaranteed to this adolescent, the principles that must be respected, the measures applied in the face of the practice of the infraction, among them, restorative justice. The present research is classified in qualitative and empirical-legal research with documental and bibliographical basis.
