JOGOS ELETRÔNICOS E VIOLÊNCIA: A INVERSÃO DE VALORES E A GARANTIA DA PROTEÇÃO INTEGRAL ÀS CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES À LUZ DA LEI N°. 8.069/1990.
Os jogos eletrônicos tornaram-se um fenômeno social integrante deste século, abrangendo diversos setores sociais, níveis econômicos e faixas etárias, gerando influências na formação de culturas, inversão de valores e contribuindo para o surgimento de novos formatos de interação, controle e transformação social. O Ordenamento Pátrio, bem como o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, à luz da teoria da proteção integral, estabelecem o direito à ludicidade e direciona a responsabilidade de garantir e preservar as prerrogativas – reservadas ao público infantojuvenil – à família, à sociedade e ao próprio poder Público, de forma prioritária. Contudo, frente ao descaso quanto à proteção integral, o presente estudo visa discutir acerca dos possíveis efeitos sociais em razão deste fenômeno. O empenho familiar em salvaguardar a integridade física e mental de crianças e adolescentes é fator fundamental para a conservação de seus direitos, dessa forma, é imprescindível o acompanhamento e o devido controle por parte dos responsáveis, monitorando e limitando tanto o excessivo contato quanto a exposição destes a conteúdos incompatíveis com sua condição.

Abstract:
Electronic games have become an integral social phenomenon of this century, covering several social departments, economic levels and age groups, the most varied tastes and styles, giving rise to influences on formation to inversion of values, cultures and contributing to the emergence of new formats of interaction, control and social transformation. The Homeland Planning, as well as the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA in portuguese), at the light of the theory of all protection, establishes the right of lucidity and directs the responsibility to ensure and preserve the prerogatives -reserved to children and adolescents - to the family, to the society and the public authorities, as a priority. However, against the neglect of the full protection of minors, this study aims to discuss the possible social effects due to this phenomenon. The family commitment to safeguarding the physical and mental integrity of children and adolescents is a fundamental factor for the preservation of their rights, therefore, the assistance and proper control by the guardians is essential, monitoring and limiting both their excessive contact and their exposure to it content incompatible with their condition.
