JOGO DE CHANTAGENS: REFLEXÃO SOBRE O CAMPO POLÍTICO BRASILEIRO E AS NOVAS FORMAS DE DISSUASÃO POLÍTICA A PARTIR DA CIBERCULTURA
Nosso objetivo neste artigo é desenvolver uma reflexão crítica sobre a forma heterodoxa e peculiar do exercício da dissuasão política, especialmente, a partir da cibercultura – desde as campanhas eleitorais, onde agentes dos mais diversos campos envolvem-se na disputa, passando pelas votações de projetos de leis no congresso nacional, às homologações presidenciais. Os acontecimentos que remontam a história da democracia formal no Brasil têm apontado para uma categoria analítica que estamos chamando de chantagem. A partir de uma leitura histórica de acontecimentos e notícias sobre a práxis dos agentes do campo político, alçamos a seguinte hipótese: o campo político brasileiro, constituído a partir da década de 1990, tem como principal método de articulação de suas engrenagens o jogo de chantagens. Para isso, teremos como principal fundamentação teórica Jean Baudrillard, Norberto Bobbio e Pierre Bourdieu.

Abstract:
Our objective in this article is to develop a critical reflection on the heterodox and peculiar form of exercise of political deterrence, especially from cyberculture - from electoral campaigns, Where agents from the most diverse fields are involved in the dispute, passing through the voting of bills in the national congress, to presidential approvals. The events that go back to the history of democracy formal in Brazil have pointed to an analytical category that we are calling blackmail. From a historical reading of events and news about the praxis of agents in the political field, we raise the following hypothesis: the Brazilian political field, constituted from the 1990s onwards, has as its main method of articulating its gears the blackmail game. For this, we will have as main theoretical foundation Jean Baudrillard, Norberto Bobbio and Pierre Bourdieu.
