Jacy, a operária: defendendo direitos trabalhistas. Imbituva/PR, 1966.
A ideia deste texto se originou de discussões sobre a História da Violência e a História Regional no Núcleo de História da Violência (NUHVI). Como fonte documental utilizou-se um processo de reclamação trabalhista de 1966 do município de Imbituva/PR, sob a guarda do Centro de Documentação e Memória (CEDOC/I) da Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste/UNICENTRO. O CEDOC/I abriga um importante acervo de processos criminais e cíveis de diversos municípios do Paraná. Pelo processo em questão é possível acompanhar a trajetória da operária Jacy que trabalhava havia 18 anos em uma fábrica de móveis. Sua função era lixar e colar selos nos móveis produzidos na empresa. O motivo de sua reclamação foi ter sido deslocada do setor onde sempre trabalhou para o setor da serraria, onde passou a trabalhar no beneficiamento de madeira bruta. Jacy argumentou que a nova função não constava em seu contrato. Além de ser insalubre, o que afetou sua saúde. Assim, este texto revela aspectos do mundo do trabalho industrial no centro-sul do Paraná, pela perspectiva de uma mulher operária em plena vigência da ditadura civil-militar.

Abstract:
The idea if this text was originated from discussions about the History of Violence and Regional History at the Nucleus of History of Violence (NUHVI). As a documentary source a 1966 labor claim process from the city of Imbituva/Pr was used. The document is under guard of the Documentation and Memory Center (CEDOC/I), at the State University of the Midwest/UNICENTRO, Iratica campus. The CEDOC/I, keeps an important collection of criminal and civil court lawsuits from several municipalities in Paraná. Through the process in question, it is possible to follow the trajectory of the workwoman Jacy, who ha dworked for 18 years in a furniture factory. Her occupation was to sand and paste stamps on the furniture produced in the comapany. The reason for her complaint was that she was moved from the sector where she always worked to the sawmill sector, where she started working on the processing of rough wood. Jacy argued that the new task was not part of her contract. In addition to being unhealthy, which affected her health. Thus, this text reveals aspects of the industrial work world in southern-central Paraná, from the perspective of a workman during the civil-mlitary dictatorship.
